It was as pleasant an experience as you can get with this sort of painless procedure by Dr Prithvi. I went for my first ever colonoscopy & endoscopy and was very nervous, the fact that Dr Prtihvi was so friendly and caring put me at ease . One week prior to the procedure , Dr Prithvi was super kind and took time to explain on sedation procedure and answered all my questions. Once I was on my side (my head on a soft pillow no less), and nurse hooked up the IV ,when I woke up in the recovery room and felt great, like I had taken a pleasant nap. I was super impressed by how comfortable, painless the entire procedure had been. Highly recommend Dr Prithvi, a great doctor, very kind with excellent patient care. Dr Prtihvi is not only a great Doctor, I would venture to say that she falls into the Top 1% of those physicians/surgeons that communicates extremely well and has a heart! Dr Prithvi is often invited to give talks sucg a the Arab Health conference in Dubai, June 2021 on IBD. She has published several original articles, case reports and also has delivered talks in various prestigious international Conferences including Asia Pacific Conference on Liver in China, 2017 on endoscopic banding in acute bleed patients.
Dr Prithvi has undergone courses on Bariatric endoscopic suturing from Mohak Bariatric centre and prestigious Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, India. She has also attended courses in Advanced Endoscopic ultrasound from Roma, Italy in Jan 2020, Bariatric Endoscopic hands on workshop in Pune, April 2019, ESD,EMR course in Amrita Institute, Kochi, Short fellowship on ERCP from Meerut, in addition to other hands on courses.
