Biography
Dr. Walid Alfredo Al Hajj Obeid is a European Board-Certified Specialist Urologist with over 14 years of international experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological conditions. He specializes in robotic urological surgery, uro-oncology, minimally invasive procedures, endourology, and functional urology, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
After earning his Medical Doctor degree from Balamand University, Dr. Walid completed his residency training in Urology before pursuing advanced fellowships in Uro-Oncology and Robotic Surgery & Functional Urology in Belgium. His advanced training has provided him with extensive expertise in robotic surgery, High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), targeted prostate biopsies, and the management of complex urological cancers.
Dr. Walid has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating prostate diseases, kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, male infertility, and other complex urological conditions. He is highly skilled in advanced endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques that support faster recovery, improved surgical outcomes, and enhanced patient care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Walid has contributed extensively to urological research through numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international scientific meetings.
