Biography
Ana Vilalta is an experienced Physiotherapist Manager with over 20 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from CEU University, Madrid, Spain, in 2004.
Throughout her career, Ana has developed extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, pain management, and functional rehabilitation.
She has a special interest in craniomandibular and orofacial disorders and uses a combination of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including dry needling, Kinesio taping, exercise prescription, postural education, and ergonomic
