Dr. Mostapha El Edelbi is a Specialist General and Laparoscopic Surgeon based in Dubai, known for delivering safe, modern, evidence based driven and patient-centered surgical care. With comprehensive training from the American University of Beirut Medical Center, an internationally accredited center of excellence (ACGME- I) Dr. El Edelbi brings a strong academic foundation and real world clinical expertise to every patient he treats. He holds the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and is registered with the Medical Council of Canada(MCC).

Dr. El Edelbi is certified by the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons,(SAGES), and trained under ACGME-I standards, ensuring world-class surgical quality.

He additionally is working on a Masters In Business Administration (MBA), supporting strong clinical leadership and advanced decision-making in patient care.

Dr. El Edelbi’s practice is built on the principles of evidence based medicine, outcome driven surgery, and personalized patient care. He has extensive experience in both elective and emergency general surgical cases, including laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic and open inguinal hernia repair, umbilical hernia repair, minimally invasive and laser hemorrhoidal surgery,  and a wide range of outpatient procedures. He is especially committed to minimally invasive techniques that reduce pain, shorten recovery time, and improve overall patient satisfaction.
