Biography
Aya Ghezzaoui is a US Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with DHA and MOH eligibility, dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered nutrition care across a wide range of clinical and wellness settings. She specializes in medical nutrition therapy, weight management, women’s health, and lifestyle modification, helping patients achieve sustainable health outcomes through personalized nutrition plans.
Aya has extensive experience managing patients with chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and malnutrition. She also has a special interest in women’s health, supporting patients with PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Aya is experienced in integrating nutrition with modern weight management approaches, including GLP-1 therapies, body composition optimization, and behavioral coaching. As a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, she incorporates motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies to empower patients in building long-term healthy habits.
