Dr. Ralf Herwig is a German Board–certified Associate Professor of Urology with a strong international medical background and more than 30 years of experience in the field. He completed his medical studies in Münster, Germany, and in Dublin, Ireland, where he trained at institutions such as the Royal College of Surgeons, Coombe Hospital, and James Connolly Memorial Hospital. Throughout his training, Dr. Herwig developed broad expertise in diagnosing and managing a variety of urological conditions, including cancers of the prostate and bladder, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and sexual health issues such as erectile dysfunction. He has a particular focus on minimally invasive techniques and has carried out many laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgeries.
