Biography
Dr. Erkan Gunay, MD, MPH, EBCEM is an Emergency Medicine Specialist with more than 15 years of clinical experience and extensive expertise in acute and emergency care. He has worked in both clinical and leadership roles, including directing emergency departments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. His clinical interests include the assessment and management of critically ill patients, emergency care, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical practice.
Dr. Gunay holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Global Health, with additional academic expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, microbiology, immunology, and infectious diseases. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care while supporting medical education, clinical quality improvement, and the continuous development of emergency healthcare services.
