Dr. Behrad completed his medical degree and subspecialty at Tehran University of Medical Sciences with an A+ rank, graduating as the 3rd highest-ranked student in the entire country. Dr. Behrad has worked at various renowned tertiary referral centres in Iran and UAE, with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations. His most recent role was as an Interventional Cardiologist in one of the well-known hospital in UAE. He also completed his Fellow of European Society of Cardiology (FESC) and a Certified CCKE (American College of Cardiology) and in Aortic structural intervention ( Zurich University – Switzerland) He is a lecturer in his field, well known for his outstanding presentations and public speaking skills. He is a three-time winner of the Gulf Interventional Champion Clubs and the World Heart Federation awards. He has also delivered numerous presentations in London, Paris, Zurich , Istanbul, Cyprus, Beirut, Dubai and Tehran . Dr. Behrad gained extensive clinical International experience during his trainings in esteemed institutions in Tehran , Zurich & UAE coupled with proficient communication skills in English and Farsi. His expertise lies in complex coronary interventions, structural heart procedures, and advanced techniques like robotic PCI and calcified lesion using (rotational atherectomy / Intravascular lithotripsy) in combination with precise intra coronary imaging using (Intravascular ultrasound / OCT) . Dr. Behrad has been an active member of the European cardiac society , Americans heart association , Emirates Cardiac Society , Gulf interventional society , and Iranian Heart Association.
