Biographie
Prof. Dr. Nicolai El Hindy is a German board-certified neurosurgeon with over 15 years of experience as Consultant and more than 20 years in neurosurgical clinical practice.
He is internationally recognized for advanced spine surgery, with extensive experience in complex reconstructive and motion-preserving procedures. Having performed more than 1,200 robotic-assisted spine surgeries, he combines cutting-edge navigation technology with deep expertise in complex open and minimally invasive spinal techniques.
His surgical spectrum includes advanced deformity correction, complex revision surgery, single-position spine surgery (performing multi-level procedures without repositioning the patient), full-endoscopic spine surgery, motion-preserving disc arthroplasty (cervical and lumbar), as well as precision-guided instrumentation in both degenerative and structural pathologies.
He is known not only for technological excellence, but for mastering the full spectrum of modern spine surgery — from ultra-minimally invasive techniques to highly complex reconstructive procedures.
Professor El Hindy serves as national and international training faculty for robotic spine surgery, leading surgeon certification programs and advanced hands-on training courses worldwide. He is an invited international speaker and faculty member at global spine and neurosurgical congresses.
With more than 40 peer-reviewed PubMed-indexed publications and a professorship in neurosurgery, he combines academic authority with high-volume surgical expertise and technology-driven precision care.
