• Dr. Salivaras received his medical degree with distinction from the National University of Athens. Following extensive training in General and Aesthetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in Europe and Brazil, he awarded with honors the Specialist Title of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon in 2007 after completing a long, demanding and intense training program as a Plastic Surgery Resident  at the prestigious Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Ivo Pitanguy in affiliation with the Catholic Pontifical University and Carlos Chagas Institute of Post Graduate Medical Studies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, under the direct supervision of one of the most famous Plastic Surgeons in the world and Patron of the Brazilian Plastic Surgery, Professor Ivo Pitanguy.
• The Hospitals  “Santa Casa de Misericordia of Rio de Janeiro”, “ Andarai”,  “Jesus”,  “Servidores do Estado do Rio de Janeiro”  and the “National Institute of Cancer” in Rio de Janeiro, have been the main fountain of exposure to the vast field of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery including Cosmetic Surgery as well as burns, Plastic Surgery for Children, Microsurgery and Oncology.
• In pursuit of his craft, Dr. Salivaras has attended some of the top Brazilian and American Educational institutions focus in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.  Thus Sub-specialty training in Gluteal Remodeling and Body Contouring along with the renown in Buttocks Reshaping Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Raul Gonzalez in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Face-Lifting, Rhinoplasty and Breast Surgery along with the most experienced Plastic Surgeons in these fields, Prof. Rod Rohrich, Dr. Jack Gunter, Dr. Fritz Barton, Dr. Sam Hamra and Dr. John Tebbets, in Dallas, Texas followed immediately.
• Furthermore, fellowships for one year in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery fulfilled his ambition in extending his experience in other scientific fields as well
