Working as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgery for more than 29 years in different hospitals including University Hospital. He graduated from a well- known Reims University of France as a Specialist Cardiovascular & thoracic on 1990. He completed 2 years post graduateships in Fosh Hospital – Paris as associated Cardiac surgeon. He created & developed different techniques in Mitral & aortic surgery, widely adopted in international centers of excellence. He was awarded from multiple Local and International organizations for his innovative contributions in Cardiac surgery. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai honored Dr. Safadi, winner of 21^st Dubai Government Excellence Program in Innovation Category – Dubai 03 April 2018.
