It is generally recommended that young women start seeing an OB/GYN consultant between the ages of 13 and 15, or when they become sexually active, to discuss reproductive health, contraception, and general wellness. Regular check-ups and screenings are important throughout a woman's life for preventive care and early detection of any issues.
